* MVA policy is that entry fees will not be refunded for teams that drop from tournaments for any reason past the early entry fee deadline date.

A $40 discount will be given to teams that enter by the early entry fee deadline date.

Policy on Smoking
Sites are smoke free including the grounds if it is a school.  Please be respectful of smoking policies at sites.

Food and Beverages
Food and beverages are only allowed in off court areas at any MVA playing site. As a team rep you are responsible to be sure your team understands this and where the designated eating/break areas are at each site. Score tables on the playing surface are not a break area to eat.

Uniform Requirements
All players must wear a jersey with a number. Jerseys do not need to match but numbers should be non duplicated front and back. If a team does not have matching uniforms then the Libero should not have a number so they are easier to identify. Since the libero is the only player that does not need a number, if a player does not have a number they will be designated as the Libero.
